Hey there, I'm Brooke...

After my son was born with special needs, medical challenges and heart surgery at a few months old, motherhood felt like a whirlwind of appointments: doctors appointments, therapy sessions, pumping, and learning how to be a mom all at once. I was completely drained, exhausted and felt guilty for wanting even a moment to myself. That breaking point became my breakthrough. I realized that taking care of my health wasn’t selfish, it was necessary for my family.

I learned that nourishing myself with simple, doable meals helped me feel my best so I could show up for the people I love most. And honestly, even as a dietitian, I hate spending hours in the kitchen, so keeping healthy eating simple became my superpower.

Now as a registered dietitian and mom of three, I’ve spent the last decade supporting moms to make their own health feel realistic, enjoyable, and possible in the middle of the chaos of raising littles.
